Bertrams Chemical Plants Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company for the design and manufacture of plants. All of our products follow a strict quality control (QC) procedure that utilises state-of-the-art testing and inspection methods prior to shipment. We are dedicated to continually improving the efficiency and  effectiveness of our Quality Management System.

The objective of our Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) is to maintain the required level of quality for all phases of the plant construction as defined in the Quality Management System and in the individual QA/QC procedures.

The QA/QC procedure commences very early in the project phase by reviewing the inquiry/contract documents with regard to QA/QC issues. The required QA/QC standards, instructions and specifications are analysed and updated to suit the project-specific needs. During execution, the necessary QA/QC-documents, incl. material certificates, inspection & test plans, are implemented and enforced to ensure compliance with the applicable norms and standards.
